Budapest City Tour II. - (CY1) - 3-hour bus tour
A quality bus tour, starting near the Chain Bridge. The first stop is in the Castle district, where we walk to the Mathias Church and the Fishermen's Bastion. We drive to the Gellért Hill Citadel, where the best panoramic view of Budapest can be seen. Crossing the Danube on the Elizabeth Bridge, we pass by the Central Market Hall and the Dohány Street Synagogue. We pass by Europe's largest thermal spa, the Budapest Zoo and the Amusement Park, then stop at the Heroes' Square (with statues of the most famous Hungarian kings and dukes). We then take the Andrássy Avenue to downtown Pest, pass by the Opera House and the St Stephen's Basilica.
During the tour we offer a brief overview of the last 1000 years of Hungarian history. The tour is guaranteed to be guided in maximum 2 languages, by a driver-guide.
Departures: Daily at 10 AM and 2:30 PM (pick-up 30 minutes prior to these times)
Price:
HUF 6.500 per adult, HUF 3.250 per child under 12. Infants who do not occupy a separate seat are free of charge.
